Michelle Conway is a Lead Data Scientist at Lloyds Banking Group, working in a high-performance multidisciplinary MLOps team. Her work involves deploying models into production, expanding the portfolio into generative AI, and enabling the business to make data-driven decisions. Michelle is dedicated to building communities for women in the data and tech space, having successfully created a data science women's community for Python-based projects. Originally from Ireland, she is an avid fan of London city and enjoys its rich culture and amazing artworks.
